The ISU Planetarium presents Flight Adventures
Flight Adventures runs January 28-May 6 at the ISU Planetarium. Matinee times for this family show are Saturdays at 2 p.m. There are no shows during ISU’s Spring Break, March 11-18 and April 14-15.
Discover the science of flight through the eyes of a young girl and her grandfather as they explore how birds, kites, planes and models fly. Learn about the history and future plans of flight. And see how NASA is discovering new and safer ways to travel with the help of future engineers and aviators—like YOU!
Admission to the ISU Planetarium is $4 for adults, $3 for children ages 5-12 and seniors, and $2.00 for children ages 3-4. Tickets may be purchased in the Planetarium Gift Shop, next to the Planetarium, beginning 20 minutes before each show.
The ISU Planetarium is located under the white domed roof at the eastern end of Felmley Hall of Science. Felmley Hall is located on the northeast corner of the ISU campus at the intersection of School Street and College Avenue.
Free parking for the programs is available a short distance from the ISU Planetarium in University parking lot F-67, located on the east side of School Street.
