Event Description

The Department of Criminal Justice Sciences is hosting James Duane, a criminal law professor from Regent Law School, who will provide a public lecture on 5th and 6th amendment rights against self-incrimination and the right to an attorney.  He is featured in a viral YouTube video titled “Don’t Talk to Cops” and is the author of “You Have the Right to Remain Innocent.”
