Event Description

April Anderson, University Archivist, Dr. JoAnn Rayfield University Archives, will present a talk entitled “The Walls Speak: Telling ISU’s Story Through its Campus Buildings” at 4:30 p.m. in the Founders Suite in the Bone Student Center. The presentation will highlight the new book by April Karlene Anderson, “Illinois State University”, and its companion exhibit in Milner Library. Anderson will speak about some of the stories highlighted in the book, preview historic campus photos, and discuss how she chose the photos and stories that ultimately made it into the book.

All faculty, staff, annuitants and guests are welcome to join us at the University Club from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. this Friday in the Founders Suite in the Bone Student Center. You need not be a University Club member to attend. Additional information about U-Club events and activities can be found at our website, http://uclub.illinoisstate.edu/. Continued program support is provided by the Office of the ISU Provost and President. In addition, snacks and liquid refreshments are available at each meeting.
